These terms apply to the use of this website and to consulting or support services agreed in writing with Dazall Business Consulting Co., Ltd.

2. Independent commercial service

Dazall is an independent commercial consulting and third-party support provider. We are not a government website, government agency or government-affiliated organisation. Relevant government information and services may be available directly from official government channels.

3. Services

Services may include business planning, Shanghai business setup consulting, document preparation support, process coordination, accounting, tax, audit coordination, payroll, recruitment, human resources and ongoing operational support. The exact scope is defined in the applicable written quotation or service agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete and timely information, review documents before use or submission and notify us promptly of material changes. Delays or additional work resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information may affect timing and fees.

5. Official decisions

Registrations, licences, permits, approvals and other official decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities. Dazall does not control or guarantee approval, processing time or issuance.

6. Fees and third-party costs

Professional fees are based on the agreed scope. Government charges, taxes, translation, notarisation, courier fees and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in writing.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dazall is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate client information, changes in law or official practice, third-party conduct, government decisions or events beyond reasonable control.
